学　名   Triviella williami (Fehse, 2006)   和　名                 Data   East London, S.Africa, by dived at depth 19m  Size   13mm　　　　(Size Range: 15〜24mm）  ひとこと 最近記載された南アフリカのシラタマ。色や形は同属のrubraやphalacra に似るが、腹面内唇側は螺肋がほとんどあらわれず平滑、全体に細長く口はより開く。magnidentataとも似た感じだが、螺塔が突き出し外唇外側がほとんど肥厚しない。「Cowries and their relatives of Southern Africa 2nd edition (Liltved, 2000)」のP155, Fig.233-236にT.magnidentataとしてあがっている貝がこの貝である。南アフリカ南部（Cape Peninsula〜EastLondon)に分布、数十〜１００ｍ以上の海底に生息する。 How to get  出回る貝は少ない。20＄以上か。
